Alexa is a certified Holistic Health Coach, 500RYT Yoga Teacher, Astrologer, Ceremonialist and Intuitive Plant Medicine Woman.
Alexa shares tools and medicines to walk this earthly existence, sparking remembrance of our divine nature. With great honor and humility, her intention is to create a safe space for others to return back to their heart & body to empower their own creative potential.
Alexa believes connecting to the beauty, magic and medicines of Nature through the senses, awakens a remembrance of our own True Nature. That which illuminates our gifts, holds the space for self-healing and provides wisdom for our path.

IN DEPTH
After burning out and encountering health issues while working in the fast-fashion industry, Alexa’s body, mind and spirit were calling for healing.
In 2012, she took initiative to consciously transform her life and started her holistic health journey with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
She learned to address her symptoms naturally and get the the root of her hormonal imbalance which had a wide range of challenges including cystic acne, adrenal fatigue, PMS, PMDD, ovarian cysts, depression, insomnia and anxiety. She delt with an array of stomach issues including IBS and parasites.
After looking for help from mainstream healthcare system, she turned her focus to alternative options. Food became medicine, yoga lead her towards balance and shamanic journeying guided her through her subconscious to retrieve her power back.
Through years of self-study, devotion, deep reflection, and inner work, she learned to love and empower herself. She discovered her gifts as a highly sensitive person and empath. She learned how to embrace this path as a blessing and accept the initiations of an artist, healer, teacher and guide. She learned to reclaim the truth of who she is and co-create her Life into Art.

Alexa is forever a student of life, drawn to the deeper lessons and subtle messages from Spirit, she is guided by intuitive listening. Alexa has sat with Master Plant Teachers since 2015 and studied ancient wisdom, the art of cleansing, ritual and ceremony with her teachers in Peru and Guatemala.
Her devoted studies include 900 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, facilitation design, shamanism, Intuitive & Indigenous plant medicines, herbalism & medicine making, vocal empowerment, sound therapy, devotional music and dance, Aryuveda, nutrition, Astrology, womb sciences and energy healing.
