Shipping and Return Policy

How long does my order take to ship?

We ship USPS Priority Mail, Fed Ex or UPS from Los Angeles, California. Expected shipping time is 1-5 days. We do our best as a super small business and get orders out as soon as possible, please allow up to 1-3 days for your order to process. Your tracking number will be sent through e-mail as soon as your item has shipped!

Do you offer international shipping? 

We ship USPS for international orders. Delivery speed varies by destination but expected shipping time is around 6-15 days. We provide tracking information although, once it’s left the US it may be harder to track. Keep in mind, there may be delays due to customs and border patrol and we may not know what is happening with the order but we hope for smooth deliveries!

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges. Keep in mind, slight variations may occur due to natural ingredients and small batch processing. We do our best to ensure the best quality with each item. We deeply care about you and your experience with our products, if you are unsatisfied with an product for any reason, we want to hear from you. Please reach out and we’ll work to make things right!

Do you use sustainable packaging?

Thank you for caring about our Mama Earth! We do our best to be environmentally conscious every step of the way from sourcing to production to shipping. We aim to minimize our ecological footprint as well as increase carbon offsetting and excited to create better systems and programs for this as we grow! That being said, our shipping materials are currently 100% biodegradable or recyclable and made from recycled materials. We use as little material as possible to minimize post-consumer waste and encourage reusing and recycling.
