As a Healing Arts & Holistic Health Practitioner, Alexa has spent the past decade immersed in deep listening and devotion to the awakening of the divine feminine. As a facilitator, Alexa shares intuitive guidance, ancient wisdom, practical tools and plant medicines to walk this earthly existence, sparking remembrance of our divine nature. Since 2021, Alexa was called to Lake Atitlan where her yoga and shamanism teachers and community reside. Her transformative journey here provided a mirror for contemplation, healing and opened doors to love, work, and spiritual growth, presenting a powerful space for her to blossom into her true calling. Her experiences at the lake revealed her strength and capabilities and deepened her feminine attunement to trust and surrender. The lake itself emerged as one of her most profound teachers on her journey of self-discovery in sharing her gifts and service.

Tosha is a dedicated facilitator, E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, Reiki master, Thai yoga massage practitioner, ceremonialist, kitchen witch, herbalist, and energy body worker, embodying her Virgo Sun, Aries Moon, and Capricorn Rising with a 6/3 Manifestor spirit. Her journey is rooted in continual self-discovery, embracing the process of evolving into one's authentic essence in every moment. She deeply believes in the transformative power of connection—to oneself, the physical body, other humans and beings, the Earth, and Universal forces—nurturing a life of profound meaning and shared purpose.

Since her initial visit during the 2020 lockdown, Tosha has forged a profound connection with the land and lake of Guatemala. Amidst the ancient volcanoes, she has found a sanctuary where stillness reveals profound messages about our unique roles in the world. Living and traveling around this magical lake, she has created a home away from home, feeling deeply connected to its community and traditions.
